Do I need an account?
No. You can start exploring immediately. Sign in only if you want to sync your trips across devices.
Does Manyou work offline?
Generating a new narration needs a connection, but anything you have already heard is saved on your device and plays offline.
Can I export my data?
Yes — see Data Export below. You can export your trips, photos, and narrations.
What languages are supported?
English, 中文, Deutsch, Español, Français, हिन्दी, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, Русский, Türkçe, Tiếng Việt. More languages are in progress.
How do day passes work?
Buy a 1-Day Pass when you visit a museum and explore as much as you like for the day. The clock starts when you purchase, so buy it on the day of your visit. The app itself is always free to keep.
I didn't get a narration for my photo — what happened?
This usually means the image was too blurry or dark, or the subject was not clearly in frame. Try again with better lighting or a closer shot.

Refund & account policies

Day pass refunds

Passes are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once used. If something went wrong on your visit, email us — we sort out fair cases individually.

Accidental purchases

Bought a pass by mistake and haven't used it? App Store and Google Play handle billing refunds directly; contact us and we'll help you through it.

Account recovery

Lost access to your sign-in? Email us from the address on your account and we'll help you recover your trips.

Data export

You can take your data with you at any time:

  • Trip export — your visits, stops, and dates.
  • Photo export — the photos you captured.
  • Narration export — transcripts and audio of your stories.

Start an export from Settings → Account → Export data in the app.
